3 Days 2 Night Serengeti Safari

Your adventure begins early in the morning with a departure from Arusha, heading towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park. After meeting your professional safari guide, you will start the scenic drive through the beautiful landscapes of northern Tanzania. Along the way, you will pass through the remarkable Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its breathtaking highlands, rich wildlife, and stunning views.

As the journey continues, you will enjoy spectacular scenery that includes rolling hills, Maasai villages, and vast open plains. There will be opportunities to stop for photos and stretch your legs while enjoying the changing landscapes as you approach the Serengeti ecosystem.

By late afternoon, you will arrive in Serengeti National Park, famous for its endless plains and incredible wildlife. Depending on the time of arrival, you may begin spotting animals such as zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and possibly big cats as you make your way to your camp or lodge.

Upon arrival at your accommodation, you will check in, relax, and enjoy a delicious dinner while listening to the sounds of the African wilderness. Overnight stay in the Serengeti, preparing for an exciting full day of safari adventures ahead.

Accommodation: Sound of Nature Tented Camp

After an early breakfast at your lodge or camp, you will depart for a full day of game drives in the vast plains of Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most famous wildlife destinations. The park is renowned for its incredible concentration of wildlife and the spectacular landscapes that stretch endlessly across the horizon.

Throughout the day, you will explore different areas of the Serengeti in search of the Big Five and many other animals that inhabit this remarkable ecosystem. Your experienced safari guide will drive through various habitats including open grasslands, riverine forests, and rocky outcrops known as kopjes, which are often favorite resting places for lions and other predators.

During the game drive, you may encounter large herds of zebras, wildebeests, elephants, giraffes, and antelopes, as well as predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. The Serengeti is also home to a wide variety of bird species, making it a paradise for bird lovers.

At midday, you will enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic picnic site within Serengeti National Park, surrounded by the beauty of the African wilderness. After lunch, the adventure continues with more game viewing as you explore other parts of the park and observe animals in their natural habitat.

In the late afternoon, you will return to your camp or lodge for dinner and relaxation. As the sun sets over the Serengeti plains, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the wild before settling in for an overnight stay in Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, taking picnic lunches with you and drive to Ngorongoro crater descend down to the crater floor for a full day of tracking game with your guide. The crater is 610m deep and 260km² wide, making it the largest Caldera in the world. The crater contains all the big five animals (lions, elephants, rhinos, leopard and buffaloes), hippos, cheetah, antelopes and spotted hyena. Also in the crater you can see different species of birds. Other game such as velvet monkey, jackal, foxes, rock and tree hyraxes, warthog, gnu, zebra and hare.
